Data
At Daimedex GmbH, we harness manually curated databases from Evolvus to strengthen every stage of discovery. These databases span targets, degraders, ligases, linkers, moieties, and structural insights. Each dataset is built on validated, high-quality information, minimizing noise and false leads. By embedding this cheminformatics backbone into our workflows, we accelerate design and decision-making. The result: faster, more precise drug discovery and development powered by data you can trust.

ONCOGEN
This is an uniquely curated knowledgebase covering cancer genomics datasets. The biomarker knowledgebase incorporates data from molecular and genomic alterations across the cancer genome (Variants, CNV, fusions et.al), and assigns clinical actionability by connecting curated content in interventional clinical trials and investigational and approved therapeutics in Oncology. We are the only database that can provide you with a three-dimensional view of the Oncology disease map at a biomarker/ gene level.

LICEPTOR
Liceptor is the largest small molecule ligand database covering over 10.6 million 2D structures, associated bioactivity data including assays, functions and therapeutic indications. Derived exclusively from English and Asian patents, the database focuses on targets like GPCRs, ion channels, central nervous system (CNS) transporters, kinases, proteases, phosphatases, nuclear receptors, and cytochrome P450.

ADME
The ADME database contains PK curations for compounds having a varying degree of associated bioactivity metadata in the form of in-vitro, in-vivo and physicochemical parameters with it, as the case might be, and derived exclusively from English and Asian patents.

THEME
The TheME database captures the biotransformations and metabolic pathways, based in the specific therapy areas expertly curated from patents worldwide. Delivered in file formats — JSON, RDF, SQL. The information is derived from multiple sources including patents, FDA labels.
The Connectorbase Platform:

PROXIMERS
Proximers is the world’s largest curated Proximity induced Degraders database and their associated bioactivity metadata manually curated. Gathering information on Protein Degraders is difficult considering the nascent and complex nature of the field. This comprehensive database covers different Degradation mechanisms and Molecular glues.

ADC
The ADC Database is a structured resource dedicated to Antibody—Drug Conjugates. It unifies chemistry and biology, spanning antibodies, payloads, linkers, and their associated bioactivity, pharmacokinetics and chemical reactions. Curated from various sources including multilingual patents, it delivers verified, consistent structured datasets for ML driven research

OLIGOTHERAPEUTICS
The database includes approved oligonucleotide modalities such as small interfering RNAs (siRNA), antisense oligonucleotides (ASO) and aptamers delivering a curated collection of patent information related to oligotherapeutics. It provides structured, validated datasets enriched with metadata to ensure usability across research workflows. Suitable for bioactivity, delivery vehicle, off-target enumerations and/or modification analysis the database helps researchers and industry experts access relevant insights to accelerate discovery and development of oligotherapeutics.

PEPTIDES
Comprehensive database from patent information related to peptide-derived therapeutic modalities. It covers peptide sequences and modifications, along with their associated bioactivities, consolidating scattered data into a single, reliable source. Expertly curated and validated, the database offers research-ready datasets that support pharmaceutical and biotechnology teams in the development and optimization of peptide therapeutics.
